Sleep is not overrated. Late nights and early mornings wear us down over time, affect our workouts and mood, and make it harder to think. Do yourself a favor at night, turn off that TV and go to bed. Torn hands, sore backs, and pulled muscles are all part of an athletes life, but if you are eating healthy foods, and giving the body time to repair, you can minimize down time and hurt time.
