This morning (after a night of very little sleep due to the little one deciding that it wasn't a night for rest) I realized ho lucky I am to remain in fairly good health. Sleep deprivation can cause some fairly serious issues with athletes, so make sure you're eating right and getting some rest. This week is going to be crazy as people cook, drive, drink, and fight off sleep as they try to squeeze in extra time with family... pay attention to your body. If you're tired, rest, you may just save your life.
