I'm ready for hoodie weather. It's not to say I don't like 100 degree weather... I'm sure it's good for something, even if I don't know what that is... but I'm ready for some 60 degree weather.
This Saturday we're doing a bike/run. I think the plan is to meet at the gym at 6AM with a bike (if you've got one) and bike to the peak and back. Or bike to the peak and drop the bikes off and then run some... but that takes a coordinated effort of someone with a pickup. :) As usual, we'll figure it out about 6:05 Saturday morning. It's 7.5 miles from the gym to the peak, BTW.

In alternating sets of 10, each buddy will perform a movement until the movement is completed (strict ladder)
If you cannot complete a set, do a patty cake.
Starting at 10:00, there is a penalty every 2 minutes of 4 Tire Flips.
