Intensity and willpower are tied together in CrossFit like a heartbeat and blood. You can't have one without the other. This month, I'm going to help your intensity grow... the willpower? That's up to you.
The weight standard has gone up! Gone are the days of (95/75) and (225/155). What does this mean for you? Unless you're a competitor (and we are in the training season right now) you don't need to worry about adding weight to the workout. If you are a competitor, this is going to make you up your game. Training will be a bit harder, and you'll need to monitor your body more, but the hard work and heavy weight will pay off.
If you're new, or modify your workouts, don't worry about the numbers that you see on the board. Continue training as normal. :)
