The Coveted Wolf Head Trophy - 9.20.2013

We've given The Coveted Wolf Head Trophy four times during a Full Moon WOD.  Addison definitely deserved it last night. Not only did she finish first, but she's a hard charging CrossFitter that reps the box every chance she gets. Give her a shout if you get a chance, she's a great athlete and a pretty decent teenager by my standards.
Thanks to everyone that came out and worked out in the rain with us! I had a blast! Ya'll motivate me!

SO. It rained. You stayed in bed eating mexican food and ice cream... that's ok. I've got leftovers from the WOD for you! Let me pop em in the microwave... it'll only take a minute...





SKILL

Ain't no skill! This is a buddy WOD day! Lets do it!


WOD

You and a buddy:

Have 7 Minutes to complete the 1st section before penalties start happening. After minute 7, each buddy does a wall climb at every 2nd minute. (IE, min 9,11,13,15 etc...)

SECTION 1
Cumulative 100m HandStand Walk. If you can't do a handstand walk, then 100 HSPU. If you can't do HSPU, then 200 Pike Pushups.

60 Hang Squat Clean (135/95). 10 per person then switch, if you drop the bar then your buddy goes outside and does a wall climb

SECTION 2

80 thrusters at 135/95, same format as the Cleans. If it drops to the ground, your buddy does a wall climb.

80 SDHP (135/95) from the knee. same format as the Cleans. If it drops to the ground, your buddy does a wall climb.

20 DL (225/155). 10 each. If you let go of the bat, your buddy does a wall climb.
