I LOVE new stuff! We've got new stuff at the gym, new equipment, new layout. We redid the webpage! It's easy to use from a mobile phone... but TODAY, we get to start a new PROGRAM. Summer Session 1 for the guys and gals.
Be excited, today won't be anything crazy. We're going to see how you do with a few basic moves, talk about how the body works and what to expect from CrossFit, and then get to it.
If you're starting today and you don't know which class to go to, you can come in ANYTIME between 9 and noon and we'll get it all figured out for you! No worries, first days can be stressful but we're here to make sure it's fun and safe! See you then!
