How is your body responding to stimulus? If you feel like you've hit a wall... in regards to motivation, or adaptation to the workouts, it may be time to reevaluate how hard you're pushing yourself. It's a fine line though... we all want a good workout, but we don't want to get sick. The point is, this entire program is built around YOUR level of motivation. If you feel like going harder, go harder. Find some competition and help push them! We do this together, and together we get stronger.
