Ya'll are crazy! Only in a CrossFit gym will a bunch of athletes chose the workout where we carry 135lbs a mile up a hill in 104 degree weather. BUT.... no one died. No one got hurt. We got everyone there and back just fine. It was a fun day to be a coach and to watch all the teams rock the outside WOD.
Today we change pace. Instead of a long hard WOD, we have a very short, very well known one. This will test you in a very different way. A lot of folks haven't had the chance to do this one yet... so today you're getting FRAN'd into the gang. Welcome!
