In case you were wondering (and you probably aren't) how many calories are in your holiday meal, today is a hands on example of the power of the calorie.

Lets say that a burpee burns 1 calorie. (It doesn't... it actually burns less, but heck, whose counting)...
and you ate
2 pieces of pie: 1000cal
a serving of sweet potatoes: 150cal
cranberry dressing: 300cal
cookies and sweets: 200cal
beer? nog? sweet tea? 200cal
so 1850 burpees to burn off the Thanksgiving crap.
