WAR WOD (All Day)
Skill Snatch Technique work, then 4X4, 4X2
Good Morning Vietnam!
You: take 135/95 lbs and put it on your back.
They: take 2 KB and farmer carry.
Both: Run to the top of the hill. When you get there, one person does 50 bar pushups, one person does 50KB swings (one KB) then you switch and do the opposite. When you're done, switch weights, and come back to base.
