I got in my truck yesterday and the temperature was 106. I expected it to go down as I started driving... but it didn't... so as much as I'd love to do some running today, I don't feel like killing anyone. Stay hydrated!
Today we do Diane. There are a lot of dead-lifts involved. If you are new, or don't have excellent form, please lower the weight and slow down. I want to ensure that there aren't any back issues from someone lifting incorrectly.... so shoulders back, show that good lumbar curve (arch not bow) and lift with your legs. If the RX weight gets heavy, strip some plates. We've got a lot of new faces, and that means a lot of people who aren't use to the form or the weight yet.
