Full Moon Workouts are free. Bring someone that may be interested in CrossFit. We'll probably terrify them and they won't ever come back... but maybe they'll find a new WOD home.
How are you holding up this week? There's been a lot of concentration on specific parts... so you may be feeling a bit sore. Stretch. Lots of water. Eat clean food. Stretch more. Get plenty of sleep. All of these things are going to help get rid of the sore.
