I love seeing new PR's! Yesterday was an exciting day... so much weight!
alright... a couple of small changes:
1. OLY is now only at 6AM and 6:30PM. You'll have Jim as a dedicated coach during those times. Want to lift another time? that sucks. I want you to lift correctly, so if it's not at those times, stick to the normally scheduled WOD.
2. Please show up on time to class. If you're early, stay out of the way and stretch, or hang out outside. Due to the club getting bigger, we're trying to ensure a safe and smooth workout, so we're asking that you are prompt at class time.
