We really don't want to shut the gym down for the morning again, but we feel like it will be the safest thing for our CrossFit family. Schools are already delayed and roads are expected to be quite slick in the morning. We plan to have regular classes tomorrow (Tuesday) night. If you must go out, please be really careful. Say a prayer for our First Responders and others who are out working in this mess!
"The right thing to do and the hard thing to do are usually the same." - Steve Maraboli
This is true in many different aspects of our lives - our health, our jobs, our time, our marriages, our relationship with God, how we raise our children... What are some goals that you are setting at the gym? Weight loss? Competition? Both? Are you putting in the work inside and outside of the gym to reach these goals? When we don't have someone pushing us, sometimes it's easier to just skip the gym that day or just grab fast food on the way home, but that doesn't mean it's the right thing to do! Do you need a little motivation? Find an accountability partner and tell your trainers what your goals are! Tell your accountability partner where you are struggling so that they can encourage you. Find someone who pushes you to be better!
