The holiday season is almost over! We've got one day of fun left, so listen up! The 31st is our New Years/birthday/anniversary bash! The event is on facebook. The 1st we'll be having our opening day WOD at 377 at 9AM. That's all we're doing on the 1st! If you want to WOD, come out and support us at 377! After the 1st it's back to business as usual. Regular days, regular times, with a lot more motivation!

Sometimes we've got to go under the knife. Today Leah Haley has knee surgery, and I wanted to shout out a prayer for her. Take a moment today and say a prayer for our little unicorn.

Also to Jodie, we totally neglected to tell everyone about his bicep surgery. Be sure to give him a hard time when he gets back into the gym!
