It's an excellent day to try something new, get outside, spend time with someone you love, and make a change in yourself. Concentrate on small changes, don't get overwhelmed, and give yourself some time. None of us get to where we are (or where we want) overnight!

CrossFit Cops? Yeyah! These guys were in the gym yesterday tearing up "D-Day". Brutal.
It's COLD today! Bundle up! We're not doing some crazy metcon, so keep moving. If you're waiting on a set, do something extra. Mom's not going to yell at you for doing extra situps during a workout. :)
I think I felt the first cold breeze of the front come in this morning. This Texas weather always keeps me on my toes... hey! That makes me think of a workout...

Good morning and welcome to the last full week of April! This weekend was awesome! We rocked out the van, worked out, and managed to not get harassed by any police officers... always a good thing.
So on to this week! Here's to hoping the weather stays pleasant all day.

Today we'll have the 'Stache Bus at the Olive Garden on Alta Mere, starting around 11AM.
