Confidence, unfortunately, doesn't come naturally. You've got to be willing to take a calculated risk, and survive it! Great job to every athlete yesterday on the simple and terrifying task of finding your jump PR. That box is intimidating, and as some of us saw, it's a very real risk (to the shins and the ego). Now, hopefully, you learned a little bit more about your body and what you are capable of. Take that spark, and use it this week. Inside and outside of the gym, you're a lot more capable than you realize.
