Clarification for the WOD's on Saturday. You can choose from the RX, Scaled or Super Scaled versions of the exercises. Only RX has the chance to progress to the finals though. Please let Jen (firstname.lastname@example.org) know by Wednesday night (TONIGHT) which weight you plan to do, so that we can make heats! The first number is men's and the second number is women's.
