How are you feeling on this fine Thursday? Are you sore? Any issues with mobility? If you are having problems in a certain area please get with one of the trainers so he/she can help you stretch out properly. Flexibility and mobility are a crucial ingredient in what we do….please take it seriously and work on it daily! :)
Please make sure you register for the Battle of the Boxes coming up next weekend! Also remember we have Barbell for Boobs coming up in October! We are trying to raise money for this great cause so if you have any questions on how to donate….or what the event is….do not hesitate to ask so we can fill you in!
