Hydrate. Stretch. Sleep. Three things that most people, especially CrossFitters, don't do enough of. If you are competing this weekend, you need to be focusing on all 3 of these. Light weights, high reps this week.
1. We will be closed on Labor Day at both gyms. No WOD's, no, not even one.
2. On Ramp time for CrossFit Granbury has changed to 6:30pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays. If you or someone you know wants to try CrossFit, but they are a bit intimidated, this is the class to try!
