...I know right? and on a Bday WOD night... ah well. Competitions are coming up, and we're doing it because it's the healthiest thing we can do.
You and a buddy:
Have 7 Minutes to complete the 1st section before penalties start happening. After minute 7, each buddy does a rope climb at every 2nd minute. (IE, min 9,11,13,15 etc...)
Cumulative 100m HandStand Walk. If you can't do a handstand walk, then 100 HSPU. If you can't do HSPU, then 200 Pike Pushups.
60 Hang Squat Clean (135/95). 10 per person then switch, if you drop the bar then your buddy does a rope climb
80 thrusters at 135/95, same format as the Cleans. If it drops to the ground, your buddy does a rope climb.
80 SDHP (135/95) from the knee. same format as the Cleans. If it drops to the ground, your buddy does a rope climb.
20 squats (139/95). 10 each. If you drop the bar, your buddy does a rope climb.
