There is no reasonable goal that you cannot obtain. If you need help, ask us for it. We have personal trainers, nutritionist... we're literally here to help people reach goals. Stop making excuses and get off your @$$ and do something about it! If there is something stopping you from making it to a goal, like you don't know what to eat, or a physical disability, ask us. We'll research the issue if we don't already know about it and help you out.
