Set up 2 cones 10m apart.
Start at one cone, run to second cone, do 1 push up, back shuffle back to original cone. Start over with 2 push ups, all the way up to 5.
Start at one cone, do one sit up, bear crawl to second cone, stand up and run back to cone… Repeat up to 5 sit ups.
