Ahhh The Good Ol Day's!!!  

Back to the basic's! We over do it sometimes!  This week try to just get back to our roots…..lifting and having fun! Everyone wants to go hard….thats what its all about right…..wrong! It is about applying the fundamentals we have all learned over time.  Focus on form, not on how much we can load up on a bar.  Everyone knows you are awesome……but hey at the end of the day……you are all that matters!
