Do you have it? Who is that person in your life or that group of people who keep you moving toward your goals? If you don't have someone like that find them.
It is important to hold yourself to what you want in life. For example losing weight, getting stronger, changing your eating habits, making it to the games! We all have different dreams we want to achieve.
Today make it a priority to set some goals and find a friend or trainer that will ask you where you are in achieving the steps to reach them.
Then get to work and start making some changes!!!
