This morning I had to give a briefing on retirement planning. The main point I made was this... On a long enough timeline, everyone's life expectancy drops to 0%.
That being said, consider your life. Are you simply existing, or are you making the most of your time?
1. Glorify God
2. Honor your family
3. Serve your country
Those should keep you busy well past that 0% mark, so get to it!
You and a friend have 12 minutes to do the following!
50 meter out, 50 meter back
1 buddy carries a KB, 1 buddy carries a 115/95 bar.
At the 50 meter mark, do 4 KB swings, and 4 back jerks, then switch the weight between partners.
If the bar is dropped, the KB buddy does 20 KB swings.
If the KB is dropped, the bar buddy does 5 thrusters.
After 12 minutes, do 6 burpee squat jumps (each person) per 1 minute you go over.
