Is anyone really sore today? Like, more sore than yesterday? Yeah. That's DOMS (Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness) and the best thing to do to eliminate it is to keep moving. Get some cardio in, lift some light weight, trust me, it'll help. Also, don't let this weather get you down! we're about to have a Texas summer... so sometimes you have to embrace the cold before it's 2,000 degrees outside.
