Have y'all had the pleasure of meeting Jenny yet? She has been to some of our Faith Rx'd events and always lights up a room! On Thursday, the WOD will involve your choice of running or rowing a 5k... yes, we actually told you in advance and didn't "Forget" to post the blog for Thursday! It's supposed to be really nice out on Thursday and we will have all of our regularly scheduled classes but we will also have an opportunity for you to run midday! Jen and Jenny are training for the Wonder Woman 10k at the end of April (you should sign up for the 5k or 10k too!!!) and will be doing a 5k training run on Thursday at 11am, leaving from Hewlett Park. We'd love for you to join us and get to know Jenny! ALL ages, abilities and paces welcome! We'll be eating lunch at Taste and See after and would love for you to join us for that too!
