Well... I was trying to upload a video of Greg's first muscle-up but I'm thinking it's not working. If you are just reading text, then it obviously didn't work. *cough cough*
... So it's been a good week! We've learned all about Muscle-Ups and Cleans. We've had some good workouts, and Tyler finally got his dream workout with 13.3. Double Unders... miserable. We'll be up at the gym tomorrow morning for anyone that wants to come up and check out the competitors doing 13.3. Have a great end of the week!
