13.3 comes out today! These weeks are flying by, and all my competitors are depressed.... have no fear my fellow CrossFitters! Leave that for the weak. We're doing the very best we can, and learning every step of the way. If that alone isn't worth the pain, I don't know what is. Keep the chins up, lets figure out what we need to work on for next year, and then lets do that thing. A lot. It's probably burpees and box jumps.
