Diet. It's a terrible word... it initiates thoughts of deprivation, and bad food. Keep in mind that diet is all encompassing though! It's everything you eat and drink. In moderation, even the bad things aren't so bad (at least they are good for the soul). As we get in to warm weather and beer festivities, moderation should be our watchword. Concentrate on filling up on the good stuff, and you'll want large servings of the bad stuff less and less.
