I hate Karen. For those of you that are uninitiated, that's a WOD where we do 150 Wall Balls for time. I don't know why it's my worst, or why it makes me want to cry like a small child... but when invited, I step in and bring the pain. Woof.
...and no, we're not doing Karen today. What we're doing today is finding an opportunity to get out of our comfort zone. In the gym that means the normal... but outside of the gym, I want you to meet a complete stranger and invite them to anything. Your house, a ball game, a drink, or church. Find an opportunity to touch someone else's life in the smallest way, and you might just change a life. Don't just read it and skip to the WOD, go find someone, talk to em, and do something to brighten their day!
