You cannot give up. If you get to the end of a task, and you think it's not good enough, giving up is not an option. Failure IS an option. Failure means you DID something, you persued a dream or put forth effort. Giving up means you're a quitter. CrossFitters may be professional failures, but we're not quitters. Why is failure a good thing? It leads to success, and for the ones that have had both they can tell you: the sweet is never as sweet without the sour.
