We had a blast on Saturday night hanging out with some CrossFitters at the lodge! If there's one thing we do well, it's set stuff on fire.
This week, THE OPEN! Friday's workout will be 14.1 all day, so if you can't make it Saturday morning at 9, or if you'd like to try the WOD before you get serious on Friday, you'll have a chance.

Stable Hold (10 Seconds)
Skin the cat
1 minute rounds until you cannot complete the set.
When you get to your failed round, go back down. (IE: round 10, start at 10 and do 10,9,8 etc..)
