To anyone that didn't get the chance to workout with us on Saturday, the new bypass is an awesome five mile run (with no traffic). We're all getting better at OLY lifting (we all PR'd every lift) and our legs were exhausted.
Things to concentrate on this week: Diet. Sleep. If you're wondering about what you are eating, write it down so we can take a look and talk it over. There might be adjustments to be made so your getting the best bang for your caloric buck.
