Well, it's been an interesting last few days. The weather, the roads, axe injuries, sledding. I hope no one has been bored! The roads should be clear or soon will be, but have no fear, there is no 5K in our near future!

20 OH/Behind back jacks

20 T2B

20 KB swings

20 X jacks

20 Gravediggers (per side)

Skill – Max Hang Twists – max time hang

if not able to let go and twist around

Handstands/HSPU Kip

WOD – 15 Minute AMRAP

20 Side MB Slam Downs

15 MB Cleans

10 Wall Balls

5 MB Burpees
