Well we're half way through the weekend, and 364th the way through the year. It's been a good one. We've seen people come and go, the gym has gotten stronger, we've gained some fabulous athletes, and I'm proud to be a part of the thing. I hope you are getting some rest after the Friday night shenanigans.
For Monday, new WOD setup. Regular WOD, and OLY WOD. The later now has it's own page on the website for the Granbury Games competitors. The page is available for anyone to use, but if your not part of the class I would highly recommend not going through the workouts unless you are a trainer. It's a lot of weight, and it's fast paced, new terms, lots to learn.... Not that it matters, you probably haven't even read this far... *sigh* see you Monday!
