How was everyone’s Monday back from Thanksgiving break? It’s hard to come back to the gym after a few days off.
A little advice that has made a huge difference in the lives of so many crossfitters, Don’t take more than one day in a row off!! If you do, you will regret it. Your fitness should be a lifestyle by now. If you aren’t at the gym then you are physically active outside the gym doing something to stay moving. Don’t stop moving or you will find yourself filling really sore the next wod. It’s time to get serious about your health through the holidays.
