Happy New Year! 2013 was an incredible experience for us. We've slowly built a family gym that is unlike any other, and made some wonderful friends in the process. We've had the ability to donate almost $10,000 to charities through the gym, and we've seen people's lives change through their own sweat and dedication. It's been an absolute honor to be the lead trainer here, and I can't want to see what 2014 has in store for us!
If you're not a runner, if you're a beginner, if you've never done CrossFit before... take it easy. Modify the workout. Maybe just do a 5K and Fran?
