We have heard a lot of you ask about diets, "what diet works best", what should I eat". Many of you have heard us say, "Whatever you do it has to be a lifestyle change". You can't try a diet for a few months and expect it to give you all the results you want. Diets are temporary! They aren't always bad, some of you may need a diet to help you stay accountable but if you don't make serious lifestyle changes during that time, you will go right back to what you were doing before the diet. So our advice is to find what works for you and your family. Makings small changes is the key, and find someone to go on this journey with you. Who knows they may need it more than you do. =)
