How is NOvember going? I haven't had sugar in over a week. Headaches are gone, but the cravings are not. Willpower goes a long way with a challenge like this... so I simply tell myself no sugar, I read the label on my food and my snacks, and if there is more than a gram a serving, it goes back on the shelf. Jen is going to caliper me today and see what my body fat percentage is... we should have done that a week ago, but I can guarantee you that it will continue to go down over the next few months.

Today is day 3 of our Hero series! If you're starting to wear down, be sure to eat healthy, drink plenty of water, get as much rest as you can, and scale these workouts as you need to!

Shoulder and core stretch, MU transition practice if you need it.

To modify this workout, do 3 Pullups and 3 ring dips per muscle-up.
