Welcome to The CrossFit Granbury Kids Page
We are in full swing and excited to start our first kid's class on February 18, 2019. This will be our first year to have kids classes going on at the same time as adult classes. Parents this will be a great opportunity to drop your kids off in class and get yourself a workout at the same time.
What is CrossFit Kids?
This is a fitness class for kids ages 3-12. We will spend every class learning about health and fitness through games, exercises and conversations. Our goal is to be having so much fun coaching your kids that they don't even know they are working out. CrossFit Kids classes are unique because they provide students with an opportunity to exercise their bodies in a way that mirrors their everyday life. We include: jumping, rolling, running, pulling, pushing and squatting into every class. Kids will learn about what fitness means and how applying it to our lives can help us to live a more happy and healthy life. Statistics show, kids that workout before doing homework, have a much better focus on their school work. Give this a try and let us know how it works for your child.
When are CrossFit Kid classes?
Monday and Wednesdays
4:15pm - 4:45pm ages 3-6
5:00pm - 5:30pm ages 7-12

How much are Kid's Classes?
Punch Card $50
This punch card will allow your child to join class 10 times. Once the punch card is full, you can purchase a new one. We know life is crazy and kids have all kinds of activities. The punch card will make fitness a flexible thing to include in your child's busy schedule.
What do I do if I have a child that is not old enough for kid classes?
We have a safe children's room available where kids can bring toys to play and we also provide Netflix. Wifi is available for other electronics. Once your child is done with class, we will take them to the kid's room for you while you finish your workout =)
What about TEENS?
We love our teens and we would love to provide a teens class. If you have teens and this is something you are interested in for them, let us know and we can see what we can do. Currently we have some of our teens working out in the adults classes during the school year. We are currently planning to have a summer program for the teens that will be determined soon.
